By downloading, installing, or using the Road Ready app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
1. Use of Content — All materials, including highway code rules, videos, workbooks and resources, are provided for educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for official DVSA guidance. Use of this app does not guarantee passing any driving test or examination.
2. DVSA Crown Copyright — The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has given permission for the reproduction of Crown copyright material. DVSA does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the reproduction. This product includes the Show Me, Tell Me questions, Theory Test Questions & revision questions bank. Theory Test Questions and Show Me, Tell Me are used with appropriate licensing and permissions.
3. Proprietary Content — All "How To" videos, iMotion publications, and Complex Junctions content within this App are created by and remain the property of Motion Workbooks Ltd (Copyright © Motion Workbooks Ltd). Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or using this content outside of the App without explicit written permission from Motion Workbooks Ltd. All content within the App is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. Eligibility — You must be at least 16 years old to use this app. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
5. User Responsibilities — Users must: provide accurate information during registration; protect their account credentials; use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are prohibited from: attempting to bypass payment mechanisms; sharing account credentials with others; or engaging in any activity that could damage or impair the App's functionality.
6. Account — Your account is personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please notify us immediately at enquiries@motionbook.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
7. Intellectual Property — All content within this app is the property of Motion Workbooks Ltd and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties — The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, absolute accuracy of educational content, or specific learning outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability — Motion Workbooks Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of profits, data, or use; or damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. We do not guarantee the app will be available at all times; it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
10. Privacy — Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell your data to third parties.
11. Termination — We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications — We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, update or change the App's features, and discontinue certain services. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Complaints & Disputes — If you have a complaint, please contact us at enquiries@motionbook.co.uk. We will aim to resolve any dispute within 14 days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may seek independent advice or use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
14. Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For users outside of England and Wales, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Motion Workbooks Ltd operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. These Terms shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
